Primera welcomes NSW Shadow Minister for Cities to London
Primera was delighted to welcome Chris Rath MLA, Shadow Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, and Shadow Minister for Cities from the New South Wales Parliament, during his official visit to London.
With the passage of legislation in 2025, Community Improvement Districts (CIDs) are set to become a reality in new South Wales, the first Australian State to formally embrace this place-partnership model. Hosted by our Managing Partner Austin Casey, and with colleagues from several of our Central London BIDs, we were able to showcase to Chris the dynamic work our partnerships undertake to deliver value-added services to their communities, encompassing everything from placemaking, public realm improvements, security, cleaning, events and activations, marketing, and CSR.”
